He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cooley and Frances Hickman; and his sister Elaine Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Marie Owens; his sons, Randy, George Randolph Cooley and Charles Michael Cooley; his grandson Brian Michael Cooley; and his great grandchild Jensen Michael Cooley.
