It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Eugene Roberts of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Roberts and Anna Mae Roberts; his daughter Shelia Ingram; and his siblings, James, Bobby, Curtis, Johnny Roberts, Geraldine Jasper and Brenda Roberts.

He is survived by: his wife Foddie Roberts; his children, David Roberts, Jr., Anthony Ingram of Lumberton, NC, Derrick Ingram (Detoria) of Greenville, NC. and Gwen Ingram (Butch) of Lumberton; and his sisters, Mary Pearson of Fayetteville and Velma Brown of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and a host of loving nephews and nieces other relatives and friends.
