She is survived by: her children, Tonya Prewitt (James), Sharresse Whitted, Jonathan Adams and Willie Adams, Jr.; and her siblings, Wanda McDonald, Pamela Bright, Kimberly Purdie (Rodney) and Wendal McDonald. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.
