It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah O'Quinn of Fayetteville, North Carolina, born in Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Athleen Riley and William Jackson. She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Conoly (Chuck) and Vickie Williford; her grandchildren, Kristopher O'Quinn-Winger, Nicholas Winger, Anna-Grace, Reagan, Dawn (Raymond) and Savannah; her great grandchildren, Carson, Kinsley and Raymond Jr.; her siblings, Ray Jackson (Sandy) and Ann McDowell (Ken); and her sister-in-law Verdeen Jackson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and uncles.
