We are sad to announce that, on June 26, 2023, at the age of 68, Debra Howell of Fayetteville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Ray "Hammer"; and her husband Tom Howell. She is survived by: her son Michael Hinton of Fayetteville; and her stepchildren, Tommy Howell of Lake City, Tennessee, Cindy Whittle of Lake City and Jessica Soto of Vacaville, California. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
