She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sherwood J Carter, Sr. (Nick) and Nancy Speir Carter; her husband Robert D. McCloud; her daughter Veronika Ann Surber; and her granddaughters, Jacqualine and Margaret Schreck.
