She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Jo Bullard and Tracy Amanda Belch (Stephen William Belch Jr.); her grandchildren, William H. Capps (Billy), Parker William Belch (Taylor) and Ariel Nichole Belch; her great grandchildren, Penelope Francis Capps and Raelyn Mae Belch; and her siblings, Danny Martin Parker (Marsha), Eda Denise Parker Carter (late Jimmy Carter) and Dewayne Best Parker (Wendy).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rogers and Breece Chapel (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
