It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Harris of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Holland Capps and George Alexander Capps; her sister Ethel Royal; and her husband Charley Allen Harris. She is survived by: her children, Debi Kizer, Hope Frick, Terri Elliott, Russell Harris (Patricia) and George Harris (Roni); and her grandchildren, Rebekkah Brailsford (Jeb), Phillip Kizer, Amanda Snuffer, Renae Frick, Morgan Gordan (Cody), Michaela Elliott, Austin Harris, Ashley Miller and Melissa Holland.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cumberland Memorial Gardens (4905 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304).
