He was predeceased by: his parent Ihrie Raynor Wiggins; and his brother Jimmie Vaughn. He is survived by: his daughters, Jacona Brown (Bill), Katrina Smith and Jessica Vaughan; his brother Richard "Dickie" Wiggins (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Treavor Brown, Levi Brown, Kayla Smith and David Vance.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home (545 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lafayette Memorial Park - West (6701 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Coats Museum in honor of Eddie's enduring dedication to preserving and sharing local history.
