She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Carper (Charlie) of Port Orange, FL and Robert Spicer, Jr. (Rory) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Caroline Spicer of Fayetteville, Cooper Wurst (Erin) of Fayetteville and Emily Watson (Brian) of Gainesville, GA; her great grandchild Lainey Marie Watson; her sister Dorothy Mertsoc; and her niece Virginia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Snyder Memorial Baptist Church in Fay's memory.
