Faye Culbreth Lewis Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faye Culbreth Lewis of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 8, 2022 at the age of 61. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Faye Culbreth Lewis to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her father Kenneth Alexander Culbreth; her son Alexander Ray Lewis; and her brother Stephen Ray Culbreth. She is survived by : her husband Randy Scott Lewis; her daughter Jessica Murray (Patrick); her mother Donna Foss Culbreth; her nephews, Russell Culbreth and Robert Culbreth (Valerie); her niece Stephanie Salazar (Alex); her sister Dot Brown (Fred); and her cousin Angie Perry (Mark). She is also survived by her family especially her children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE) in memory of Alexander Ray Lewis.
