Frank George Simpson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2024, at the age of 77, Frank George Simpson of Fayetteville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frank touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Simpson and Kunigunda Wittmann Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Smithwick Simpson; his son Tim Simpson; his grandsons, Brett Simpson (Alanna) and Craig Simpson; his sister-in-law Delores Morgan (Tommy); and his mother-in-law Margaret Smithwick (James Osborne).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to Duke Health in support of the Transplant Director's Fund or to the Liver Transplant Program.
