She is survived by: her husband Charles Stevens, Sr.; her children, Charles Stevens, Jr., Ruth Sumlin, Regina Stevens-Ratchford, Diane Ford and Debbie Stevens-Wright; and her siblings, Doris Murphy, Myrtle Carlton and Nathaniel Carlton.
