He is survived by: his children, Miley, Sophia and Hunter Maxwell; his father Gregory Lee Maxwell, Sr.; his stepmother Marisa Maxwell; his mother Judy Pettit; his siblings, Kristine Maxwell and Daniel Maxwell; his grandmother Ruth Pettit; his stepsister Ashley Kronewetter; and his aunts and uncles, Anita Bradshaw, Connie Dellinger, Glen Maxwell and Ricky Pettit.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home (6535 Clinton Rd, Stedman, NC 28391). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sharon Baptist Church (9957 Turnbull Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28312).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gregory Maxwell, Sr. to help with the needs of Miley, Sophia and Hunter.
