She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leslie Torrans and Mattie Spell Torrans; her husband Dr. Jack V. Hill; and her brother Samuel Edward Torrans. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Samuel C. Hill, IV (Karen) and Dr. Ashley Hill; and her grandchildren, Grayson Hill, Sydney Hill, Owen Hill, Emery Hill and Elise Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
