With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Horowitz of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 29, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Albert and Minnie Horowitz; and his siblings, Florence Devens (Alfred) and Nathaniel. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Susan (Michael), Dr. Joel Horowitz and Dr. Karen Jones; his stepchildren, Will and Deidre; his grandchildren, Josh (Gabby), Dr. Samantha (Mariah), Hannah (Rachel), Scotty and Gary; his nieces, Rochelle and Beverly; his cousin Marvin Cohen (Myra); and his siblings-in-law, Ed O'Sullivan (Mary), Bob O'Sullivan (Milly), Bill O'Sullivan (Barbara) and Pauline Westcott (Joe).
