He was predeceased by: his father Steven Higgason; his grandparents, Norma Shanley and William Parker; and his great-grandparents, William, Virginia Allen, Daniel and Mary Parker.
He is survived by: his mother Diana Higgason of Carthage, NC; his grandmother Margaret Eagle of Spring Lake; and his siblings, Nicholas Robertson of Cameron and Jessica McIntosh of Iron Station, NC. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 1 nephew.
