He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil G. LaViola and Eileen A. LaViola; and his siblings, Mary Ann Kryoski and Jeffry F. LaViola. He is survived by: his brothers, Emil LaViola of Stuart and Timothy LaViola; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony LaViola of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Lavonna LaViola, Angela Schnieder of Bay and John LaViola.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery (8220 Bragg Blvd, Spring Lake, NC 28390).
The family kindly request that donations be made in memory of Jimmy to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting research into mental illness, including bipolar disorder.
