She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy V. Parsley and Lela Parsley; her siblings, Louis Parsley, Henry Parsley, Joe Parsley, Elizabeth Hatchett and Shirley Ann O'Brien; and her brother-in-law Clarence Tew.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Ross (Kelly), Lisa Skipper (Curt), Dean Tew (Gina) and Michelle Howard (David); her grandchildren, Savannah, Danielle, Robert, Kaitlyn and Halie; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Charlotte, Leighton and Parker. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cedar Falls Baptist Church (6181 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28311). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
