He is survived by: his wife Sheila Matney Simpson; his siblings, James A. Simpson of Hope Mills, Bobby Simpson (Mildred) of Richlands, Leon Simpson (Barbara) of Chinquapin, Brenda Taylor of Beulaville and Donnie Simpson (Shelby) of Beulaville; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce M. Bunce of Stedman and Vivian M. Naylor of Fayetteville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
