He was predeceased by: his wife Delores Thornton; and his son Kenneth Thornton. He is survived by: his children, Felisha Sealey (Darryl) of Little River, Tina Thornton of Little River and Bradley Thornton (Tehra) of Hope Mills; and his grandchildren, Brent Thornton, Justin Sealey, Travis Thornton, Joshua Sealey, Tyler Anwar, Lyla Thornton and Liam Thornton. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rogers & Breece Funeral Home (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rogers & Breece Chapel (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
