She was predeceased by: her son Michael Mullins. She is survived by: her husband Mack H. Mullins; her son Stephen B. Mullins (Laura); her sister Mary Miller; and her grandchildren, Kimberly and Graham. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
