He is survived by: his wife Ana Delia Rodriquez Cruz of Puerto Rico; his sons, Jose Otero (Claudett) of Fayetteville and Luis Otero of Puerto Rico; his sisters, Christina Otero of Puerto Rico and Alicia Otero of New York; and his grandchildren, Ana Delia Otero and Justin Alberto Otero. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
