He is survived by: his wife Jean Howard Outlaw; his children, Darenda Lease (Tim), Michelle Roach (Greg) of High Springs, FL and Alan Outlaw of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Allison (Taylor), Haley (DJ), Dylan (Julie), Jaime (Philip), Connor, Aidan, Logan, Jesse (Montana) and Amber (Nick); his great grandchildren, Asher and Nora; his siblings, Mary Ethel Lewis and Ivey Outlaw (Dolly); and his sisters-in-law, Ann Herring, Trula Meadows, Faye Davis and Joan Bradshaw.
