He is survived by: his daughter Saxton "Coffee" Phillips; his siblings, Lena Bell Wilson, Thelma Harriet McNeill, Franklin McNeil (Clara), Edward McNeil, Sr. (Odessa), Janet James and Malloy McNeill; and his grandchildren, Chance Glover and Kayla Phillips. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
