Moses Powell Obituary

As Moses departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Moses. Though Moses may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his children, Marquese Powell (Charity), Jarquese Powell, Brandon Powell and Frances Powell; and his siblings, Levi Powell (Margie), Ruth Morgan (Sam) and Joann Sharpe (Wayne). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wiseman Mortuary (431 Cumberland St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church (414 Pittman Grove Church Rd, Raeford, NC 28376).
