He was predeceased by: his parents, Lula Mae and John Colin Frazier; and his wife Irmgard Frazier. He is survived by: his children, Eric T. Frazier, Jeffrey C. Frazier and Brenda G. Lofton; and his grandchildren, Adam T. Frazier, Melissa M. Boyster, Leanna J. Frazier, Jeffrey N. Frazier, Kathe Monk and Richard Lofton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service (610 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests honoring Noah's memory with acts of kindness and time spent with loved ones.
