He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Ryan; his children, Norbert Marcel Baskerville (Latifah) of New Jersey, Anthony Marcel Baskerville, Turkesa Baskerville of Illinois and April Sutton of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Helen Jones, Otis Sutton Jr. (Lee Ethel) of Chesapeake, Vera Sutton of Chesapeake, Milwood Sutton (Preceded), Mattie Brown (Calvin) of New Jersey and Ruth Evans (William Sr.) of Chesapeake; his grandchildren, Namir Sutton and La'Niyah Sutton of New Jersey; and his stepchildren, Dion Edwards of New Jersey, Curtis Sutton of New Jersey, Frewoini Dawit of Pennsylvania and Yohannes Habtu of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
