She was predeceased by: her parents, Duffy Perdew and Lotta Perdew. She is survived by: her husband David Lyons; her children, Tammy Lyons Huggins and David Brandon Lyons, Jr.; her granddaughter Delaney Huggins; her brothers, Doby Perdew (Donna), Dewey Perdew, Phil Perdew (Judy) and Danny Perdew; her mother-in-law Alice Cain; her brother-in-law Michael Lyons (Susan); and her nephews, Randall Lyons (Amanda) and Michael Garrett Lyons (Leslie). She is also survived by one great niece; and three great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Second Baptist Church, 522 Person Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
