She is survived by: her sons, Jesse Packer (Kimberly), Warren Packer (Lisa) and Mitchell Packer; her daughter-in-law Donna Packer; her grandchildren, Courtney, Savannah, Jerry, Jr., Brandon, Zachary, Aaron and Josiah; and her siblings, Bobby, Jerry, Daniel and Geri. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
