He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie Cardell Locklear and Deborah Ann Locklear of Fayetteville, NC.; his brother Travis Lee Locklear; and his grandmothers, Geraldine G. Bryant of Fayetteville and Rose Marie Lockear of Georgia.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Services (4721 Dunrobin Dr, Hope Mills, NC 28348). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at the Cape Fear Baptist Cemetery (100 Indian Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28312).
