She is survived by: her children, Alvin Smith, George A. Hayward, Jr., Normandy Hayward and John W. Hayward; and her siblings, Nathan Smith, Douglas Smith and Lena Bell Avinger. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Wiseman Mortuary (431 Cumberland St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
