He is survived by: his wife Marcia Godwin House; his children, Andrea Whitlow (Scott) and Bradley House (Michelle); his sisters, Marilyn Parkin and Peggy Tew; his granddaughters, Breanna Whitlow and Angelique House; and his stepgrandchildren, Alyssia Modesto, Dylan and Dustin Bryant. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home (545 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Salem Methodist Church (2165 Middle Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28312). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM at the same location.
