He was predeceased by: his father Mike Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Simmons; his children, Toby Simmons, Cody Simmons, Lillian Natal (Trevor Everitte) and Darian Slade; his mother Donna Kadrich; and his stepmother Penny Simmons.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home (545 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Jernigan - Warren Chapel.
