She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Preston and Leola Phillips Hales; her husband Casey Alan Barnes, Sr.; and her siblings, David Hales and Ruth Hultz.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Barnes Blakely of Burlington, VT, Cassie Barnes of Fayetteville and Casey Barnes, Jr. of Wauchula, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
