She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Garland and Helen Garland (Stallings); and her siblings, Wilbur, Ralph, Alfred, Alvin, Melvin, Robert, Pearl Snider, Nola Helmstetter and Nina Shaw.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Heare; her daughters, Kathy Watts (Steve) of Sevierville, TN, Linda See (Randy) of Crown City, OH and Sandy Turner (Tom) of Fayetteville, NC; and her siblings, Lee Garland of Keyser, WV, James Garland of Cumberland, MD and Reba Nelson of Cumberland, MD. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great granddaughters.
