He is survived by: his children, Stanley Reginald Spell, Deborah Bryant and Janice Rhone; and his siblings, Otis Spell of Maryland, Magalene Murphy, Eula Smith and Helen Nelson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
