Vickey Spain Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickey Spain of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Russell Reeves and Ruby Louise Reeves. She is survived by: her husband Terry Joe Spain; her children, Michael Brian Spain of Swansboro, NC, Scottie Joe Spain (Joyce Ann Spain) of Sanford, NC and Angel Dawn Spain of Vass, NC; her sister Sharon Opry of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Karsen James Taylor, Brandon Boggs, Alexis Boggs and Isabella Feeney. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adcock Funeral Home and Crematory (2226 Lillington Hwy, Spring Lake, NC 28390). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery (8220 Bragg Blvd, Spring Lake, NC 28390).
In honor of Vickey's generous heart and love for children, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
