She was predeceased by: her father Charles Guyton; her grandson Donald Nathan Simmons; and her stepson Nicholas Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Donald Simmons; her children, Aaron Simmons (Samantha) of Rose Hill, Sean Simmons of Warsaw, Brandon Simmons of Hope Mills, Justin Simmons, Katelynn Locklear (Tracy) of Asheboro and Alexis Simmons; her siblings, Michael Guyton (Tasha) of Bladenboro, Mark Williams of Lumberton and Regina Smith (Shannon) of Bladenboro; and her pets, Luna and Paisley.
