He was predeceased by: his parents, Rassie Floyd Lewis and Virginia Adell Morgan Lewis; and his wife Carol Sue Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, April Dehu (Vinnie), Teresa Dues (Van) and Pamelia Lewis (Dave); his stepsons, Michael Allen (Beverly) and Mitch Allen (Liz); his daughter Jackie Malinsky (Jason); his grandchildren, Enzo Dehu, Cassius Dehu, Ashley Vitale, Alex Allen, Bailey Ruffin and Krista Allen; his siblings, Betsy Jones, Cortez Lewis, Thomas Lewis and Lynn Hawkins; his nieces, Tara Fisher (Ryan) and Lisa Sheaves (Larry); his caregiver Zarana Burgess; and his pets, Cooper and Figgy. He is also survived by the cat; and a host of other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
