He is survived by: his family Earl; his wife Joy Eldridge Cannady; his son William Jeffrey Cannady (Rebecca); his granddaughters, Alyssa and Katelyn Cannady; and his sister Grace Cannady Hobson (Roger). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sherwood Presbyterian Church (4857 NC-87, Fayetteville, NC 28306). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
