She is survived by: her children, Spenser Stamps of Orange, NJ, Melinda Austin of Fayetteville and Leonard Stamps of Fayetteville; and her siblings, James Lewis Mercer of Oat Park, GA, Paul Mercer of Swainsboro, GA, Charlene McFadden (Patricia Moore) and Johnny Nelson (Joseph Nelson) of Soperton, GA. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calvary Sanctuary Deliverance Church (1108 Chesterfield Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28305). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
