He is survived by: his children, Andrea Blankenship (Jeremy), Willard Harlow Praytor, Jr. (Lisa) and Shane Praytor (Stacy); his grandchildren, Hanna Blankenship, Madison Blankenship, Sarah Kicklighter, Lydia Praytor and Kyren Lilly; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Noel Torrey and Leighton Chance Davis; and his siblings, Hess Stepp and Fred Stepp.
