She is survived by: her husband Jim Welch of Fleetwood; her daughter Kim Presnell of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Stephen Presnell of Boone and Tarryn Presnell; her stepson Jason Kyle Welch of Greenville, SC.; and also, Clyde Wriston Hoke and Violet Jo Miller Hoke.
