He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Statnick, Jr. and Anna Tvarozna Statnick. He is survived by: his wife Judith Toronto Statnick; his sons, Michael Statnick (Stephanie) of Boston and Thomas Statnick (Hyeondo Park) of Laurel Springs; and his brother Rev. Msgr.
