She was predeceased by: her parent Brown; her grandmother Alma; her mother Rosa Deberry (Deberry); and her husband Gordon William Grant. She is survived by: her daughter Devin Melissa Brown (Thomas); her granddaughter Olivia Rose Anderson; and her cousins, Patricia Spencer (South Carolina) and Lila Joann Washington (North Carolina). She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
