With sadness, we share the passing of Betty Ann Eaker Putnam in Fletcher, North Carolina. Betty Ann, born on February 23, 1931, passed away on June 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Putnam; her parents, Lu Summerow Eaker and Mary Digh Eaker; and her siblings, Mildred Eaker Yeck, Vivian Eaker Champion, Norman, Jim, Jesse, Paul and Ray Eaker.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Putnam of Hendersonville and Ronnie Putnam (Barbara) of Charlotte; her great grandchild Jonathan Putnam (Regan); her grandchildren, Christopher Putnam and Jamie (Carl Surrett); and her great grandchildren, Jamison Surrett, Ian Putnam, Karly Surrett and Amelia Putnam.
