She was predeceased by: her parents, George Curtis Glenn and Zelma M. Glenn; her daughter Lisa Dean Connor; her grandson Marshall Todd Hood; and her brothers, John and George Glenn.
She is survived by: her husband David Lee Dean; her children, Debra Ruth (Lee), David Dean, Jr. (Julie) and Jackie Hart (Mike); her grandchildren, Aaron, Amy, April, Megan, John and Sam; her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Tanner, Walter, Samuel, Jacob, June and Henry; and her siblings, Freida Armstrong and Woodfin Glenn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fletcher First Baptist Church (5 Cane Creek Rd, Fletcher, NC 28732). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Avery's Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery.
