She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Wright and Harold A. Haynes; her former husband Edward Parrott; her son-in-law Boyce Hensley; Sandra Harolene Stepp and Carlton Trent Haynes.
She is survived by: her husband Joe J. Harrell; her children, Teresa Hensley, Hugh Parrott (Loretta), Steven Parrott (Kira), Kimberly Harrell (Jason Black), Lee Anna Mull (Shannon) and Cindy Conner (Tommy); and her close friend Martha Rickman. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, her family graciously asks that memorial donations are made to either the Skyland First Baptist Church Building Fund (2115 Hendersonville Road, Arden, NC 28704) or to a charity of one's own choice.
