It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Louise Le Roy (Fletcher, North Carolina), who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. James E. Perkins and Anna Francis Diehl Perkins; and her husband Joseph P. Le Roy. She is survived by: her brother William E. Perkins; her niece Lara Perkins (Teo Tokunow); her great-nieces, Leona and Nomi; her stepson Christopher (Maeghan); her grandsons, Atticus and Colin; her stepdaughter Jenna Valentine (Mattius); and her sister-in-law Peg Le Roy (Fred Pockrandt).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Episcopal Church (2840 Hendersonville Rd, Fletcher, NC 28732).
